The Standard You May Expect:

Admittedly, Indonesia's Eastern islands still fairly new to tourism and lacks the infrastructure associated with other areas in the country.  These islands still have significant shortcomings, hotels, in general, are of basic standard - some are now improved.  Restaurants are short of local ones and your choice for food is limited that they mostly serve Indonesian and Chinese cuisine.  Worse, when it comes to service, person who are supposed to bring added values tend to be short-sighted in doing the business.  Very far from frightening you, you might often encounter with inconvenience caused by the absence of professional and quality service.

Praise Mother Nature, these islands have few human dwellers determined to sustain and take care of it  and, at the same time, fully realizing their roles to help facilitate your quest of afore-said values.  They are to mitigate or, at least, to balance the shortage. And we at Nusa Wisata Adventure Specialist try to perform our service and to arrange services to be performed by others in the best available and you should not expect the same standard on every tour or on every stage of any particular tour. Patience, good humor and a degree of understanding will help to ensure that you enjoy your tour to the full.

2. To ensure prompt confirmation, please supply us with the following details: name, total number of person, arrival and departure schedule, hotel preferences and type of room requested. We will also need an Emergency contact details from you.

2. Communication:

Communication and quotation will be sent to you by telephone, facsimile, or e-mail. We do our best to answer all your inquiries immediately with the most careful attention.

3. Fares and Arrangements:

1. Price are quoted net in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah)

2. Quoted costs of tour include planning, communication, pre arrangement, handling, and operation charges.

4. Payment:

1. By booking one of our trip, we assumed you have understood and accept this reservation policy. And to book a trip for you, we require a payment equivalent to 30 % of the total amount due.

2. Once you have selected the trip which best suits your needs, we will e-mail you our bank account details. The balance of your payment is due three weeks prior to your trip departure. Should we not receive your final payment by this time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund.

3. Full payment is required when booking three weeks or less prior to your trip. We require you to pay in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) following the exchange rate valid at the time you settle up payments.

5. Cost of Tour Includes:

1. TRANSPORTATION, group travel by non air-conditioned coach, boat or canoes as indicated. Air-conditioned coach is subject to availability at a higher rate. individual tour (up to 5 person) travel by air-conditioned coach.

2. TRANSFERS, transportation between airport and hotel (vise versa) or harbor and hotel (as which see clause 5.a)

3. ACCOMMODATION, based on twin or double bedded rooms (or cabin/ berths or on open deck on boat) with private bath or shower and toilet (where available). In villages we will stay in villager's house or campsite. Single and Triple Rooms, whilst the facilities in these rooms are comparable to those of the twin or double bedded rooms. It should be noted that single room may not always be in the same area of the hotel as the twin or double bedded rooms and may tend to be on the small size. in the case of triple rooms this usually consist of standard size twin room with extra bed which may be of a camp-bed type.

4. MEALS, full board meals. As specified in the tour itineraries, B=breakfast, L=lunch, and D=dinner. Buffet style and table d' hotel meals served at some hotels or restaurants, and simple meals provided by local cook during trekking adventures.

5. SIGHTSEEING, excursions are detailed in the tour itineraries (except optional excursion), including meeting service, guides, cultural performances and dialogues as indicated, coaches, boats or canoes, entrance fees for places to be visited. Visit to places other then mentioned in the tour itineraries are usually made at the end of the main excursion without any obligation for clients to make purchase.

6. GUIDE, the service of Tour Guide in all matters pertaining to the tour operation. Request for guide proficient in other languages should be made in advance and is subject to availability at a higher Guide fees.

6. Cost of Tour Does Not Include:

1. Flights, visas, personal insurance, side trips and meals out

2. Admissions to sightseeing as indicated in itinerary

3. Services of a full-time tour guide

4. Single room or cabin supplements, travel insurance and optional excursion

5. Cost of any personal nature such as: beverages, laundry, phone calls, faxes, e-mails, excess baggage fees, end of tour tip to guide and driver (we recommend $3-5 per person, per day), luggage handling, airport taxes and any airfares (unless specified as included in the cost of tour).

7. Cancellation:

Nusa Wisata Adventure Specialist will not charge you for any cancellation fee for tour and transfers as shown in the price. However, hotels, restaurants, or carriers or contractors and other service suppliers charge a cancellation fee for services taken or very late notification of cancellation. In such cases there is no choice but for us to pass on these charges to you.

8. Refund:

It is understood and agreed that refund cannot be made to client who do not complete the tour for any reason whatsoever.

9. Responsibility:

Nusa Wisata Adventure Specialist only act as agent for transportation, accommodation, restaurant and other services from various independent suppliers who are not affiliated to us in any way. Although it tries to choose the best suppliers in the best available, Nusa Wisata Adventure Specialist has no right to control their operations and cannot, therefore, be held liable for any personal injury or property damage which may occur due to:

1. Wrongful, negligent or arbitrary acts or omission on the part of suppliers, its employees and others not under the direct control of Nusa Wisata Adventure Specialist.

2. Defects or failures of any vehicles, equipment or instrument under the control of independent suppliers.

10. Validity:

The program of tour and its tariff in this website operates from the date of going to publish until further information.

Nusa Wisata Adventure Specialist Reserves The Right To Change Or To Cancel Any Itinerary Or Part Of It With Or Without Prior Notice If It Is In The Best Interest Of All Concerned.
